Delete your account and the personal data listed below, from the web or the VendyBuy app.
How to delete your account
- Sign in to the VendyBuy account you want to delete. You will return to this page.
- Review which data is removed and which records are retained.
- Select Delete my account, then confirm. Opening this link alone never deletes anything.
Data removed
Your account access, cart, watchlist, recently viewed items, saved payment-method records, notifications and affiliate profile are removed.
Records retained
Orders and other transaction records, messages, bids, reviews and seller records are not automatically erased by this action. Retention depends on the record and applicable legal obligations. Contact us to request deletion of other personal data or ask about its retention period.
Deletion runs when you confirm. A completion message appears after the listed data has been removed and you are signed out.
